A Space for Growth, Healing, and Change
Therapy can be a meaningful first step toward understanding yourself, navigating life’s challenges, and creating the changes you want to see. You may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, uncertain about what comes next, or simply recognize that something in your life needs to change. You don’t have to have all the answers before you begin.
My ideal client is someone who is ready for growth, even if they’re unsure where to start. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, or seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, therapy offers a supportive space to slow down, reflect, and explore what matters most to you.
Together, we’ll work to better understand what may be holding you back, recognize and build upon your strengths, and identify meaningful steps toward the life you want to live. My goal is to meet you where you are, honor your unique story, and support you at a pace that feels right for you.
